Expert interviews

First of all, in order to bring you the best information possible, I may do interviews with experts on green topics. I am not paying them for their information, nor are they paying me to appear on the site; instead, we have a cooperative, mutually beneficial relationship where you and I gain from their expertise, while they benefit from the exposure of appearing on this site. In sharing their wisdom, these experts may endorse companies, products, or services that they are associated with. While these experts are invited to appear on the site because I think that they have valuable information to offer, you may want to take any specific endorsements with a grain of salt and use your judgment before you spend any money.

I also want to point you towards ways that you can use the information provided on the site. Sometimes this means that I will provide links to products and services that I believe you may be interested in, and I will usually be paid if you click on these links or buy something on the website you click over to. This doesn’t mean that I recommend any particular product or service that appears on this site or any other site that I link to; these are just examples of the types of products and services that are related to the information on this site, and you should always consider your own situation and research to your own satisfaction any purchase that you make.

There are also Google ads that appear on this website. I don’t have direct control over these ads, although, if Google is doing their job, they should have something to do with the page that you are reading. If you click on these ads, I do get paid. I figure that if I do my job and give you the information you are looking for, you won’t complain if I get paid in the process!

Do I get free stuff to review?

Finally, I hope that someday this site becomes big enough that companies would actually want to send me free stuff to review! If that ever happens, and it looks cool, I’ll probably take it and never give it back. Still, I promise not to let it go to my head, and I won’t tell you that I think something is awesome unless I really do. I figure that, if you trust me to provide you with useful information and tell all your friends about this site, I’ll get to keep having fun doing this, whether or not I get any free stuff!
